Named after my favorite camping spot in Central Oregon, this Pendleton wool reminds me of the golden sunsets in LaPine Oregon during spring time. Desert landscapes with rough rocky outcroppings coupled with scraggly pine trees, and adventures during Spring Break leaving camp sites empty are some of my sweetest memories woven into this pillow. Riding bikes along side my youngest son he turned to me, he said that perhaps this is what heaven will be like, to which I replied, "this is heaven sugar". As the sun sinks low in the sky out in Central Oregon the mauve and yellow hues of this material truly reflect the colors of air and earth of LaPine Oregon.
